The main goal of the meeting was to strengthen partnerships with dealers and develop business. The event also featured the presentation of a novelty for the Uzbekistan truck market — the new generation truck FAW Tiger VH, running on gas and gasoline.

  • The FAW Trucks equipment you purchase is delivered ready for immediate use. Before handing over the vehicle to the buyer, the dealer performs pre-delivery preparation: checks the operation of all systems, eliminates malfunctions, inspects the appearance, and replaces necessary spare parts. The pre-delivery preparation date is indicated in the service book coupon.
  • Before accepting the vehicle, the buyer must inspect its technical condition and confirm its serviceability: complete equipment, operability, and absence of damage. Along with the vehicle, an operating manual and service book are provided.
  • Warranty service applies to all FAW Trucks vehicles. The delivery contract specifies the warranty period — by time and mileage. In case of warranty events, the buyer has the right to contact the service center for free repair of units and parts that have failed due to the manufacturer's fault.
  • If your equipment requires warranty repair, contact a FAW Trucks dealer network service center.

  • The manufacturer's warranty period for spare parts is 3 months. This period is calculated from the moment the spare part is installed on the vehicle at an official dealer's service center.
  • For warranty and maintenance services or troubleshooting, it is necessary to contact official FAW Trucks dealer service centers.
  • When contacting the service center, the owner is required to provide the service book. Documents for all work performed must be kept by the owner for verification purposes.
  • The vehicle owner must undergo timely and complete scheduled maintenance at official dealers in accordance with the list of works specified in the service book. Violation of this condition voids the warranty and shortens the vehicle's service life.
  • The owner is responsible for malfunctions caused by lack of fuel, lubricants, lit warning lights, and other warning signs.
  • When operating equipment at temperatures of -25°C and below, it is required to select fuel and technical fluids according to the manufacturer's instructions and equip the vehicle with additional thermal insulation.
  • If defects or malfunctions occur in your vehicle, contact an official FAW Trucks dealer. Specialists will advise you and, if necessary, offer delivery of the equipment to the nearest service center. In some cases, a service book may be required.
  • At the service center during maintenance, it is determined whether the case is covered by warranty. If so, all repair work is performed by the dealer free of charge. Parts replaced under warranty remain the property of the manufacturer.
